• Storage: Keep refrigerated 0°C to 5°C. Suitable for freezing. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use.
• Cooking Instructions: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C, gas 4). Remove sleeve and film. Cook in foil tray, brushing with butter. Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray. Cook for the time indicated on the label. Remove foil 15 minutes before the end of cooking time to allow the turkey to brown. Baste occasionally with juices from the tray. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout. Allow to stand for 30 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.
• Serving Suggestion: Serve with the spiced red wine jus and a selection of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
