- Cooking Instructions:
- Boil: Remove outer packaging, leaving film lid in place. Cover the top of the pudding securely with foil. Add a small plate to the bottom of the pan to ensure the pudding doesn’t come into contact with the saucepan. Fill the saucepan with water, enough to cover 4 of the pudding. Bring to the boil and simmer continuously for 2 hours 30 mins. Top up water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Run a knife gently around the edge of the pudding to remove the film lid. Place the desired serving plate on top of the pudding and turn upside down. Gently squeeze the sides of the basin to release the pudding.
- Microwave: Remove film lid and invert the pudding onto a microwaveable plate. Cook on high (100%). 750W for 3 mins, 900W for 2 mins 30 secs. Allow to stand for 2 mins. Heat for a further 750W for 2 mins 30 secs, 900W for 2 mins.
