Tips:

When cooking burgers or steak on your BBQ, ad a dash or water and then cover with the Basting Lid. This allows evaporated moisture to be trapped ensuring your meats do not dry out.

When making cheeseburgers, cover with the lid whilst cooking to make the cheese melt quicker and avoid any unintentional burning.
